Your upgraded digital banking platform for businesses is launching soon. Below are a few important dates and steps to help ensure a smooth transition.

Important Service Dates
During the system upgrade, certain services will be temporarily unavailable.

  • April 21st: Last day to schedule future-dated ACH and Wire Payments
  • April 27th at 6pm: Bill Pay temporarily unavailable
  • April 27th at 6pm: Online Business Banking temporarily unavailable
  • April 28th: New Business Banking platform becomes available

What this  means for you

If you need to schedule payments around the upgrade period, please do so before the listed deadlines.

Who Will Be Migrated

Commercial users and small business users that have active bill pay service will be migrated automatically if they have logged into business online banking at least once since opening their account.

Please note:
Sub-users will migrate only if they have logged in within the past 24 months.
Small Business members who are using Bill Pay on the legacy platform will also be migrated at this time.
